CrestBridge Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. This includes damages for loss of data, profit, goodwill, or business interruption.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
